Scott has lived in Oregon his entire life, leaving only to serve the greatest nation in the world through the U.S. Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer, and as a drill sergeant for over 11 years of active duty. Using his down-to-earth personality, Scott has learned how to care for both sophisticated and often sensitive clients alike.
Scott is a proud member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors; SIOR. Scott has experience working with a variety of landlords and tenants ranging from 450,000 square foot industrial buildings to 2,000 square foot office/flex spaces. Scott has executed over 400 lease transactions from 2018 – 2022, and brought the occupancy rate of the Parkrose Business Center—a 212,000 SF industrial building—from 63 percent vacant to 97 percent occupancy rate in less than 18 months. He was Norris & Stevens’ #1 Industrial Broker of the year in 2009, 2011 – 2016 and 2018; as well is the Pinnacle Award winner for 2018. He also earned the CoStar Power Broker Award numerous times between 2013 and 2022.
In the winter months, Scott enjoys volunteering his time as a high school wrestling referee.
