A Portland-area native and former Portland State University Track & Field athlete, Matt combines a strong work ethic with a client-first approach and a passion for helping businesses and investors achieve their real estate goals.

Before joining Norris & Stevens, Matt built a strong foundation in operations and project management. As Operations Manager for the Tigard Tualatin Aquatics District, he oversaw facility operations, coordinated staff, managed budgets, and delivered exceptional customer service; experience he brings directly to the organization, communication, and problem-solving required to successfully navigate complex commercial real estate transactions. He also served as an Operations Lead with Predictive Safety LLC, where he developed expertise in project coordination, operational efficiency, and client-focused solutions, further strengthening his ability to manage deals and deliver value for clients.

Highly motivated and brimming with fresh ideas, Matt is committed to building lasting relationships and helping clients make informed real estate decisions across the Portland market.

In his spare time, Matt enjoys running, competing in triathlons, and hiking the great outdoors.
