Joe Adrian serves as Executive Vice President of Norris & Stevens’ Multi-family Management Division, overseeing the department and a portfolio of over 1,500 apartment units. With more than 30 years in the real estate industry, Joe has a vast range of knowledge managing apartments, condominiums, and single-family properties throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Throughout his career, he has overseen property stabilization, lease-ups, and renovations for everything from affordable housing and senior communities, to mixed-use and luxury high rise properties. Joe is always striving to add value to his properties with the goal of ensuring the best possible experience for tenants, as well as maximizing return for property owners.
