Tigard is very walkable and bicycle-friendly, with a picturesque shopping district with brick-paved walkways, period lighting, and is home to the only glass-blowing art studio in the region. This is the heart of the city, a Norman Rockwell painting comes to life, complete with art walks, bistros, art galleries, and sidewalk cafes.
