Apartment Management Sales

Unique position opening for Oregon licensed individual working in apartment investment sales management including new business development in the growing segment of the apartment market. If you have a real estate license and have successful sales/property management background and always thought you would do more with your skill, this is the job for you!

We are a large successful local real estate firm with a strong team in apartment management/sales. We want to increase our access to the newest and best new apartment developments through intensive contacts in the market. This individual will head that team.

• Individual must have a positive attitude, strong drive to succeed, understand property operations and value creation in apartments while working as a team with our professionals in our company.
• Must be detail oriented, organized and able to problem solve.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• CCIM and CPM training a plus.
