Norris & Stevens, Inc. Announces Shareholder Transition:
Welcoming New Leadership for Continued Growth
Norris & Stevens, Inc., one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest locally-owned, full-service commercial real estate brokerage firms, today announced a significant transition in its shareholder structure. Todd Vandomelen and Tom McDowell have officially stepped down as shareholders, marking the end of an impactful chapter in the company’s history. While no longer shareholders within the firm, they will continue to provide brokerage services for the foreseeable future.
VanDomelen and McDowell have played instrumental roles in the growth and success of Norris & Stevens during their time as shareholders, and their leadership, dedication, and professionalism continue to leave an enduring legacy. The entire team extends sincere gratitude and appreciation for the many contributions they’ve made over the years as shareholders within the organization.

At the same time, Norris & Stevens is proud to welcome six new shareholders from within the firm: Luis Martin del Campo, Vice President, Retail Properties; Tim Budelman, Vice President, Commercial Properties; Marshall Ellis, CPM, Executive Vice President of Commercial Property Management; Bruce Soihr, Senior Commercial Property Manager; Patrick Nicholes, Chief Financial Officer; and Brett Shockey, CPM, Senior Multi-family Asset Manager. Each brings a wealth of experience, deep industry knowledge, and a shared commitment to the company’s core values and continued success.
Luis Martin del Campo and Tim Budelman provide services in Norris & Stevens’ commercial brokerage division. Joining the firm in 2015, Luis has been a leader in the retail division, consistently ranking as the top retail broker since 2017. Tim Budelman joined the firm in 2011 with a focus on office properties, bringing with him over two decades of business and leadership experience.
Marshall Ellis, CPM and Bruce Soihr both serve as leaders in the Norris & Stevens’ commercial property management division. Since joining in 2019, Marshall has overseen the department, which includes over 7 million square feet of office, retail, and industrial space. Bruce, with more than 40 years in the industry and a tenure at the firm beginning in 2000, oversees a diverse portfolio of properties across the Willamette Valley.
Patrick Nicholes, who has served as CFO since 2017, is a seasoned financial executive with degrees in finance, accounting, and entrepreneurship from Gonzaga University and Portland State University. He also sits on the Executive Committee as Treasurer.
Brett Shockey, CPM has been a leader in the firm’s Multi-family management division since 2011. With over 25 years of experience, he manages more than 1,300 residential units, including several high-end properties, and directs lease-ups for new apartment developments.
