NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS SALE OF THREE-PROPERTY PORTFOLIO

Greg Nesting, Luis Martin Del Campo, and Gabe Schnitzer of Norris & Stevens, Inc. recently completed the sale of a property portfolio for W.M.B. Investment Co. The portfolio encompasses three separate properties located in Oregon, consisting of two retail spaces and one industrial space. The properties were sold over the course of three months for a combined sale price of $4,975,000.

18786 SW Boones Ferry Road in Tualatin, OR is a 3,786 SF retail space, which sold for $1,000,000 to Landing Square Limited Partnership. It is a one-story single tenancy building with 10 parking spaces. CI Bar & Grill, who has been in the space for the last 40 years and continues to be a great addition to the neighborhood, currently occupy the space.

6795 SW 111th Avenue in Beaverton, OR is a 15,000 SF warehouse on a 1.14 acres of land. The tenant in the property is General Tree Service. It is close to Hwy 217 and under a 10 minute drive to two commuter rails. The property sold for $3,000,000 to the Sayer Living Trust.

The third property in the portfolio is the Dublin Pub, located at 6821 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Highway in Portland, OR. This property sold to Beaverton-Hillsdale LLC for a price of $975,000. The single story, single tenancy building is 5,039 SF with a lot size of 0.30 acres and features 24 parking spaces. Known as the “birth place of the Widmer Hefeweizen,” the Dublin Pub remains a central hotspot for live music in the Beaverton area.
