NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS SALE OF MULTI-FAMILY LAND IN MEDFORD, OREGON

William Eugene Miller and Leann Miller recently completed the purchase of a multi-family land site located at 2707 Springbrook Road in Medford, Oregon. The price of the sale was not disclosed.

The purchased land consists of 4 parcels with a combined total of approximately 7.86 acres. Situated in an MFR-20 zone, the property includes plans for a 168-unit multi-family project. Surrounded by quiet residential neighborhoods, the site is conveniently located close to Kennedy Elementary School, North Medford High School, I-5, and Rogue Valley International Airport, the 3rd largest airport in Oregon.
