9700 SW Capitol, LLC recently completed the $5,707,500 investment purchase of Capitol Park, an office property located at 9700 SW Capitol Hwy in Portland, OR.
Constructed in 1983 and renovated in 1993, the two-story office building is approximately 29,000 square feet situated on 1.36 acres. Over the last two years, the property has undergone significant upgrades. This includes remodeling of the lobby and bathroom, replacement of the roof, and the addition of an outdoor dining area for tenants. Centrally located just outside Portland’s business district, the property features abundant off-street parking and clear views of Mt. Hood.
