Raymond and Grace E. Lester Family LP recently completed the $4,750,000 purchase of The Couve Apartments, a 15-unit multi-family property located at 7308 NE 51st St in Vancouver, Washington.
The Couve is a 15,485 square foot multifamily asset made up of a single three-story building located in the Walnut Grove neighborhood of Vancouver, Washington. Constructed in 2023, the property benefits from its walkable location to the Vancouver Mall, Class A retail/restaurants, and public transit.
The unit mix consists of 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom flats, and 2 bedroom/2.5 bath flats. All units are spacious, with 9 and 10’ ceilings, electric fireplaces, large windows, quality finishes, air conditioning, and large kitchen areas.
