NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS $3.15M SALE OF FREESTANDING INDUSTRIAL/OFFICE SPACE IN BEAVERTON, OR

Cheese Weasel, LLC recently completed the $3,150,000 purchase of an approximately 20,120 square foot freestanding industrial/office building located at 11040 SW Allen Boulevard in Beaverton, Oregon.  The buyer will use the facility for a moving and storage business.

The property is situated on 0.95 acres in an industrial zone of Beaverton. The reinforced concrete building is constructed with 20,120 square feet of industrial space, of which 960 square feet is office space. Conveniently located with frontage on and easy access to Highway 217, the property is equipped with a dock and grade loading, and a fenced/paved yard area.
