Belmont VA LLC recently completed the $3,120,000 investment purchase of a warehouse/office building located at 1919 SE Belmont Street in Portland, Oregon.

Constructed in 1961, the approximately 12,000 square-foot single tenant building is situated on 0.46 acres, including a parking lot with 16 spaces. The flex building is comprised of 8,400 square feet of warehouse space, and 3,600 square feet of office space. The office space features six offices and a single conference room, while the warehouse space includes one drive-in grade level door.

With approximately 5,300 cars passing by daily, the property is well-positioned and visible on SE Belmont Street in Southeast Portland. Centrally located within proximity to I-84 and I-5, the building also benefits from its convenient access to multiple Trimet bus routes and MAX light rail.
