Belmont VA LLC recently completed the $3,120,000 investment purchase of a warehouse/office building located at 1919 SE Belmont Street in Portland, Oregon.
Constructed in 1961, the approximately 12,000 square-foot single tenant building is situated on 0.46 acres, including a parking lot with 16 spaces. The flex building is comprised of 8,400 square feet of warehouse space, and 3,600 square feet of office space.
