NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS $2.2M SALE IN TUALATIN, OREGON
AEB Properties recently completed the $2,200,000 purchase of 18254-18256 SW 100th Court located in Tualatin, Oregon.
The two Class B industrial condos total 9,600 SF, and are part of a 24,192 SF building situated on 1.5 acres. Built in 1986, the single story building features two dock high loading doors and six drive-in grade level doors. The facility offers plenty of parking and is just a 3-minute drive to Tualatin Commuter Rail, as well as 30 minutes from both the Port of Portland and Holman Distribution Center of Oregon.
