Paragon Properties recently completed the $2,200,000 sale of an approximately 4,505 SF office located at 12585-12587 SW 68th Avenue in Tigard, Oregon.

The Paragon Building was built in 1994 and has three units on a single level. It features plenty of parking, with 21 provided spaces at 4 per 1,000 SF. The Tigard Triangle location is surrounded by multiple shopping centers and offers easy access to both I-5 and OR-217. It is also just minutes away from the Tigard Transit Center Commuter Rail and the Hall/Nimbus Commuter Rail.
