BKM Beaverton 903, LLC recently completed the $2,271,269 lease of the Beaverton Industrial Center located at 5807 SW 107th Avenue, Suites 4 & 5 in Beaverton, Oregon.

Suites 4 & 5 are a total of 40,000 square feet featuring front loaded distribution, a 28 foot clear height, a sprinkler system, as well as excellent staging, loading, and parking. The outstanding SW location offers easy access to all freeways and is only 20 minutes from downtown Portland. The building has recently been renovated.

Founded in 2006, the new tenant, Charter Mechanical, is an employee-owned construction services firm specializing in fabrication and installation of mechanical and process piping systems.

Greg Nesting and Gabe Schnitzer with Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented the landlord, in the transaction. Joe Curran of Macadam Forbes represented the tenant.
