NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS $12M INVESTMENT SALE OF THE 72nd APARTMENTS IN TIGARD, OREGON
Tigard Triangle 72nd Apartments, LLC has completed the $12,000,000 ($315,789 per unit) purchase of The 72nd, a Class A mixed-use property located at 11740–11774 SW 72nd Avenue in Tigard, Oregon.
Built in 2020, The 72nd features 38 luxury apartment units and four ground-floor retail/office spaces on a 0.59-acre site. The property totals approximately 27,167 square feet and includes a mix of 16 studios, 19 one-bedrooms, 2 two-bedrooms, and a three-bedroom apartment. Each residence offers private balconies, in-unit washers and dryers, luxury vinyl tile flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and mini-split heating and cooling systems.
The five-story building also includes 2,317 square feet of retail and office space on the ground level.
