Suite 12360 at the Talbert Center has a Class B Medical buildout, with approximately 10,300 square feet of space and 75 available parking stalls. Other notable tenants include Papa Murphy’s, Elka Bee’s Coffee Haus, and a Union 76 gas station. The property is located within close proximity to major transportation arteries, such as I-205, OR-213, and OR-212, and offers great visibility from SE Sunnyside Road.
Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare is a mental health service company based in Portland, Oregon. The company provides addiction recovery support, primary care, wellness programs, permanent housing solutions and affordable housing to people of all ages. The Talbert Center will be their fourth location in the Portland metropolitan area.
