NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS $1.4M LEASE OF OFFICE SPACE IN HILLSBORO, OREGON

OptumServe Health Services, Inc. recently completed the $1,400,392 lease of Suite 230 at the Cascade II Building, located at 1925 NE Stucki Avenue in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Constructed in 1999, the Cascade II Building is a medical office building that is part of a 9-building business park. The four-story building is approximately 97,000 square feet, and the leased suite is approximately 6,092 square feet. The A-class medical office is equipped with professional management and offers 400 surface parking spaces, featuring spaces with EV charging stations.

Optum Serve, a subsidiary of United Healthcare, is a health services company that provides solutions to federal agencies and communities to improve health and well-being. This includes consulting services, health benefits solutions, pharmacy benefit management, and financial solutions, among others.
