NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS $1.4M INVESTMENT SALE OF RETAIL BUILDING IN PORTLAND, OR
DS TS Holdings LLC recently completed the $1,400,000 investment purchase of a retail building located at 4343 SE Hawthorne Boulevard in Portland, Oregon.
Constructed in 1997 and renovated in 2023, the approximately 3,081 square foot retail building is situated in the heart of the vibrant Hawthorne District. With signage on SE Hawthorne Boulevard and heavy car and foot traffic, this is an ideal retail location in one of Portland’s most sought-after areas.
Formerly Gigantic Brewing, the location is set to become a new tavern called Steely’s. Scheduled to open in the spring of 2026, Steely’s will feature smashburgers, wings and a curated list of beers on tap.
