FFF Charbonneau LLC recently completed the $1,465,000 purchase of the Charbonneau Village Center, located at 31840 SW Charbonneau Drive in Wilsonville, Oregon.
Constructed in 1980, Charbonneau Village is an approximately 9,828 square foot retail strip center featuring abundant parking and a great tenant mix. The center is located within the planned community of Charbonneau, consisting of a 27-hole golf course surrounded by approximately 3,500 residents. Conveniently located within close proximity to downtown Wilsonville and I-5, the property is just south of the Willamette river.
