NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS $1.175M SALE OF INDUSTRIAL BUILDING IN PORTLAND, OREGON

Columbia 41 LLC recently completed the $1,175,000 purchase of an industrial building located at 4123 NE Columbia Blvd in Portland, Oregon.

Constructed in 1920, the approximately 5,128 square foot property is located near Portland International Airport, I-5, and I-205. The 2,640 square foot shop, and 2,488 square foot main office are located on the partially paved, fully enclosed one acre lot. Ideally situated on Columbia Blvd, the property offers excellent exposure, with 28,700 cars passing by each day.
