NORRIS & STEVENS, INC. BROKERS $1.07M RETAIL LEASE AT PARKWAY VILLAGE SOUTH IN SHERWOOD, OREGON
Oregon Pediatrics recently completed the $1,072,744 lease of suite C105 at Parkway Village South, a retail property located at 21650 SW Langer Farm Pkwy in Sherwood, Oregon.
Constructed in 2025, Parkway Village South is the newest addition to Parkway Village, a retail center in the heart of Sherwood including national tenants such as Walmart, Chipotle, and Jimmy John’s. The approximately 3,500 square foot suite will serve as Oregon Pediatrics’ sixth location in the Portland metro area.
Anchored by Langer’s Entertainment Center, Parkway Village South is conveniently located off SW Tualatin-Sherwood Road and sits just minutes from Hwy 99W.
