Gail Force, LLC recently completed the $1,300,000 purchase of an industrial building located at 3847 24th Ave in Forest Grove, Oregon.

Constructed in 1990, the approximately 7,912 square foot building is part of an industrial business park comprised of 5 buildings. Equipped with ample parking and outdoor storage, the property is conveniently located near both Hwy 47 and Hwy 8.
