Eugene VA, LLC recently completed the $2,660,000 purchase of approximately 2.40 acres of office land located on Chad Dr in Eugene, Oregon.
Zoned as a campus industrial zone (E-1), the plot of land is situated adjacent to multiple office/medical centers in the North Eugene area. Conveniently located approximately 10 minutes from downtown Eugene, the site is in close proximity to major transportation arterials such as I-5 and Highway 569.
The Buyer plans to develop a VA clinic with shared access from their existing clinic adjacent to the purchased land.
