Structure Redevelopment, LLC recently completed the $3,100,000 sale of the Clay Street Apartments, a multi-family property located at 3757 SE Clay Street in Portland, Oregon.
Constructed in 2023, the Clay Street Apartments is a 15-unit asset situated in the heart of SE Portland’s trendy Hawthorne neighborhood. Totaling approximately 7,357 square feet, Clay Street consists of one studio; 12 one-bedroom, one-bathroom units; and a pair of two-bedroom, two-bathroom units.
