Each apartment will have washer/dryer in the unit and access to the available garages and bike storage with a repair room. The position includes the full scope of the job below for these studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The manager will work 40 hrs per week to rent apartments, making deposits daily and responding to in-coming calls as well as posting regularly on CraigsList and social media. This manager will manage the property including responding to maintenance requests, enforcing management policies, maintaining the grounds, and being available to respond to emergencies for the community.

The following skills and experience are strongly preferred or required:

Marketing –

  • Previous lease-up experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in retail/sales.
  • Extensive on-line marketing experience.
  • Enjoy working with people.
  • Available to work Saturday and Sunday.
  • Knowledge of and ability to adhere to Fair Housing.

Office/Accounting –
