The manager will work 40 hrs per week to rent apartments, making deposits daily and responding to in-coming calls as well as posting regularly on CraigsList and social media. Compensation will include $1250 rent credit on a 1 bd, 1 ba apartment plus $1800/month salary. There are $150 in reimbursements for expenses plus eligibility to enroll in health insurance.
