Current Role

The Chairman/CEO/Principal Broker is responsible for overseeing all operations for the company, from every aspect of brokerage; including sales and leasing, to commercial and multi-family property management. He also offers real estate consulting, new project development, and redevelopment of “turn around” properties.

David has over forty-five years in the real estate industry, including managing apartments, offices, condominiums, and single-family properties.
