Great opportunity for a management TEAM interested in the field of Property Management!
This position includes the management AND maintenance of three small properties (66 apartments total). The manager TEAM will work 70 hours/week to take care of all aspects of three well-maintained properties. The job includes (but is not limited to) receiving and depositing rent, renting vacancies including posting ads, responding to maintenance requests, handling all minor maintenance, overseeing turnovers and any vendors, enforcing policies and being available to respond to any emergencies.
– Mountain View Terrace/The Firs/Sunlight Apts – total of 66 units.
– Compensation: $3950 Monthly Cash Salary
– Rent Credit: $1200/month (full rent amount, un-taxed compensation)
– Total Compensation: $5,150/Month
– Hours: 70 hrs/wk – shared between the Team.
– Reimbursements for expenses:
$75 cell phone
$25 gas plus bonuses.

All three properties are single ownership. OSMs will live at The Firs & primarily work out of the Mountain View Terrace office (2 minute walk from the Firs.
Staff breakdown of hours: Office = 30hrs per week; Maintenance = 40hrs per week. OSM apartment at The Firs: two bedroom, two bath, W/D hookups, private patio/back area, garage, and one neighbor shared as part of the duplex.
