Overview
Fox Hollow Apartments has 1-2bd apartment homes and is just minutes from shopping and I5. The community is in need of new Assistant Manager who will oversee the 180 apartments working 40 hours/week in the rental center.
We offer a generous compensation package that includes $1250 rent credit for a 2 bd 1 ba apartment plus $2000/monthly cash salary. In addition, there is $300 in monthly reimbursements for expenses.
Work from a separate rental office near the community pool to manage and maintain this established property. The required duties include, but are not limited to, receiving and depositing rent, enforcing apartment and management policies, maintaining the grounds, responding to maintenance requests, overseeing vendors, being available to respond to emergencies and assisting the Property Manager as needed.
Qualifications

Marketing
* Experience in retail/sales.
* On-line marketing experience.
* Enjoy working with people.
* Work Saturday & Sunday.
* Knowledge of and ability to adhere to Fair Housing.
Office/Accounting
* Having experience in apartment management is REQUIRED.
* Education minimum of high school diploma/GED.
* Must have strong mathematical skills.
* Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
* Have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
