Apartment Manager – Chalet Village – Tigard

Norris and Stevens is looking for a property management team or individual to oversee Chalet Village in Tigard, (34 units). The perfect candidate(s) will have previous apartment management experience and minimum of 1year maintenance experience.

DETAILS
– Chalet Village; Hours: 35 hrs/wk
– Manager’s Apartment: 3 bd, 1 1/3 bath apartment
– Compensation: $1400/month rent credit total, + $2000 monthly cash salary.
– Reimbursements for expenses: $50 utilities; $25 cell phone; $25 gas.
-Opportunities for re-rent and rent increase bonuses

Marketing
* Experience in retail/sales.
* On-line marketing experience.
* Enjoy working with people.
* Available to work Saturday & Sunday.
* Knowledge of and ability to adhere to Fair Housing.

Maintenance
* Have at least 1 yr apartment maintenance experience or equivalent is REQUIRED.
* Be willing and able to paint/clean/repair apartments at turnover or oversee vendors, if necessary,
* Must be able to push/pull 70 lbs.
* Maintain exceptional curb appeal by picking up the grounds twice daily.

Office/Accounting
* Having experience in apartment management is preferred.
* Education minimum of high school diploma/GED.
* Must have strong mathematical skills.
* Must be able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
* Have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
