Great opportunity for a person OR a team interested in the field of Property Management at Townhouse Villa Apartments!
This position includes the management AND maintenance of this “small” 24 unit property. The manager person or team will work 30 hours/week to take care of all aspects of well-maintained property. We are also adding an additional 10hrs a week paid at the hourly rate doing maintenance at a nearby property (Wah Mai Terrace). With these additional hours it will bring the job to 40hrs a week. The job includes (but is not limited to) receiving and depositing rent, renting vacancies including posting ads, responding to maintenance requests, handling all minor maintenance, overseeing turnovers and any vendors, enforcing policies and being available to respond to any emergencies.
– MUST HAVE MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE!!! – Hours: Townhouse Villa Apartments – 30 hrs/wk – Manager’s Apartment: 2 bd, 1 bath townhouse apartment (rental office is within the apartment).
– Compensation: $1300./month rent credit (full rent amount, un-taxed compensation) + $2300. Monthly cash salary
– Reimbursements for expenses: $75 utilities; $25 gas; $25 cell phone
