We’re looking for an enthusiastic manager (or team) to run a 40+ unit property in Salem, OR.
We are offering a compensation package of $1,275.00 full rent credit for a 2-bed 1-bath apartment in addition to a $2,400.00 monthly salary. There are also opportunities for bonuses as well as $150.00 in reimbursements for utilities, cell phone usage, and gas. Eligible for benefits.
The property manager works Saturdays and Sundays, since these are busy days for the property. Instead, they choose two days off during the week for their “weekend”. We provide a 3-day Training course to connect you with our expert support team and familiarize you with Norris & Stevens’ policies. You will work with one Asset Manager and Accountant and a full support team for laws, policies and procedures, giving you extensive resources for this rewarding challenge.
