Norris & Stevens is hiring for two positions at two smaller properties within the Portland Oregon area.
Position one: 38 units, 40hrs a week, includes 2bedroom apartment with full rent credit of $1475. a month, plus $1700 monthly cash salary. Office is attached to manager’s apartment with separate office door for office entry.
Position two: 46 units, 30hrs a week, includes a 1bedroom apartment with full rent credit of $1350. a month, plus $1500 monthly cash salary. Office is attached to manager’s apartment with separate office door for office entry.
The job includes (but is not limited to) receiving and depositing rent, renting vacancies, which includes posting ads, responding to maintenance requests, handling all minor maintenance, overseeing turnovers and any vendors on-site, enforcing policies and being available to respond to any emergencies.
The property management person(s) will work Saturdays and Sundays, since these are busy days for the property. Instead, he/she/they choose two days off during the week for their “weekend”. We provide a 3-day Training course to connect you with our expert support team along with your Asset Manager and your Accountant, giving you all the resources needed to launch into this rewarding career.
