PDX Trans, LLC recently completed the $4,500,000 purchase of 1871-1891 NW Commerce Court in Troutdale, Oregon.

This industrial warehouse totals 23,896 SF on 1.66 acres, which includes a 4,168 SF two-story office and 5,000 SF of fenced yard. The one story warehouse has 20-foot ceilings, 2 dock high loading doors, 3 grade-level doors, well-distributed 3-Phase/480 volt power and a wet sprinkler system.

The site offers abundant parking, as well as easy access to Marine Drive and I-84. It is also 18 minutes to the Portland International Airport, and 28-minute drive to the Port of Portland.
