Todd brings more than 20 years experience in commercial real estate, 14 years at Norris & Stevens specializing in Investment Sales. He has an in depth knowledge of current market conditions and, as a top producer, has an excellent track record of closing transactions. He is experienced in representing Buyer’s and Seller’s interest in all types of income producing property including retail, apartments, office, industrial, mobile home parks, self-storage and land parcels. With his investment brokerage experience combined with 2 years of commercial property management and 5 years of leasing, Todd understands the complexities of commercial real estate investments.
