Norris & Stevens Realtor’s Inc is seeking an experienced on-site apartment manager or team to work a total of 23 hours per week for a 14 unit community located in outer SE Portland. This community offers one, two and three bedroom apartments with washer/dryer hookups. Additionally, this community is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping.

Qualifications for employment include:

• Bilingual Spanish/English
• 1 year previous property management at a 20+ unit community
• 3 years maintenance experience
• Proficiency using computers
• Willingness to work on weekends and live on-site in a non-smoking apartment.

The compensation package includes a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, non-smoking apartment, work related reimbursements, and re-rent, and rent increase commission potential.

Experienced On-Site Management Team - Westside Portland

Seeking an experienced On-Site Management Team to work a total of 48 hours per week for a 49 unit community located in Westside Portland. This community offers one and two bedroom apartment homes. Additionally, the community is conveniently located close to the Max Line, restaurants, and shopping centers.

Requirements:

• One year property management and maintenance experience on a 40+ unit community.
• Computer skills including: word processing, spreadsheets, data entry, property management applications, email and internet navigation and marketing.
• Willingness to work on weekends and live on-site in a non-smoking 3 bedroom apartment home.
• Advanced maintenance skills including pool maintenance required.

The compensation package includes a monthly salary, a three-bedroom, non-smoking, apartment home, and bonus potential.
