Charles brings 35 years of commercial real estate experience, involving a diverse portfolio of properties including airports, maintenance and terminal facilities, office buildings, shopping centers, distribution warehouse facilities, and Multi-Family properties. Charles has owned and developed commercial properties as well as owned and operated several small businesses. He is also a Director of Host Development, the largest private non-profit builder of affordable for-sale housing in Oregon.
