Brad specializes in the sales and leasing of Retail properties within the Portland metro area.
Brad has a diverse background in law and entrepreneurialism, which gives him an ideal skill set for retail brokerage.
Before joining Norris & Stevens, he gained a unique perspective as both a tenant and business owner when he designed, built, and began operating a retail establishment in downtown Portland. He has since added a second retail venture.
From 2002 until 2007, he practiced law in Oregon and California. He actively participated in the litigation and trial of real estate disputes, employment claims and breach of contract. Further, he has negotiated and drafted commercial lease agreements, purchase agreements, dispute resolution agreements and many other business agreements across the entire west coast. The legal training Mr. Macomber received built a solid foundation for commercial real estate.
In 2004, he cofounded a young professional group here in Portland that seeks to bring young professionals together to collaborate and network.
