With more than 15 years experience in commercial real estate, Steve has a proven track record of providing hands-on guidance to investors. Joining Norris & Stevens in 2001, Steve works as a team with Tom McDowell specializing in a variety of property types. Steve's experience includes the sale of office buildings, retail shopping centers, NNN leased investments, manufactured home parks, mini-storage facilities and land. Prior to entering commercial real estate, he owned and managed the Perris Valley Skydiving Center in Perris, CA. The business was ranked fourth largest in the world based on the annual number of skydives made. Following college, Steve served as a Captain in the US Marine Corps for eleven years in a variety of positions involving command, staff, and recruiting duties.
