Specializes in leasing retail space in the Portland, and Southwest Washington markets. She helps her tenants find the spaces they require, and negotiates all the lease terms on their behalf. This ensures Tracey's tenants get the best deal possible since she takes a hands on approach from start to finish. Tracey also searches for tenants to fill any vacancies a landlord she represents might have in their buildings.
Additional experience outside of brokerage includes working for several law firms in Oregon, and a U.S. Senator in Washington D.C. These positions helped Tracey grow her customer service skills, by teaching her the way to give clients the excellent service and attentiveness they need and require.
Before joining Norris & Stevens as an Associate Broker, Tracey held a position at Commercial Realty Advisors.
