He was named Rookie of the Year by the Portland & Southwest Washington Commercial Association of Brokers in 2001. Raymond began his career at CBRE, Inc. where he was instrumental in the formation of the Investment Brokerage team for the Portland office. His expertise in understanding capital markets and translating this knowledge into results for local investors has led to his involvement in the sale of over 8.6 million square feet of investment property with a value in excess of $1 billion.
